How long does the audit take to deliver?
You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting. Your personalized PDF report will be delivered within 5–7 business days from the point we confirm your request. We do every audit manually — visiting your store, checking pages by hand — which is why it takes a few days rather than a few minutes.
Will I need to do anything before you start the audit?
Yes — one small step. After you submit the form, we'll send a confirmation email to verify your request and make sure you're expecting to hear from us. We'll only begin the audit once you reply to confirm. This keeps things straightforward on both sides and means we can direct our time toward store owners who are genuinely engaged and ready to act on the findings.
Can I share Google Search Console or Google Analytics access?
Yes, and it makes the audit meaningfully better — though it's entirely optional. If you're comfortable sharing read-only access to Google Search Console and/or Google Analytics, we can include real traffic data, search query performance, and keyword rankings in your report rather than relying solely on external tools.
You can share access at any point — either when confirming your request or after we reach out. Instructions for granting read-only access will be included in our confirmation email. If you'd prefer not to share access, the audit is still thorough and useful.
Which audit type should I choose?
Choose SEO Rankings if your main problem is that customers aren't finding your store in search — you're getting low organic traffic, not ranking for your key products, or your competitors consistently outrank you.
Choose Conversion Optimization if customers are visiting but not buying — your traffic feels decent but your conversion rate is low, people abandon their cart, or your checkout feels like it's losing sales.

What happens after I receive the report?
The report is yours to act on however you like. Each finding includes specific, actionable steps your team can implement on their own. If you decide you'd like help implementing the recommendations, we can talk through our paid services at that point.
Do all stores qualify for an audit?
Most do — but we reserve the right to decline any request that doesn't meet our Acceptable Use Policy. We don't audit stores that sell prohibited, illegal, or harmful products, or sites that appear to violate platform terms of service. We also reserve the right to decline requests where the store isn't a genuine fit for the type of analysis we provide — for example, sites that aren't yet live or don't have meaningful content to review.
If your request is declined, we'll let you know promptly. Submitting a request does not guarantee an audit will be delivered.
