We strongly recommend you do not share master account passwords. Where possible, please create a team member login or agency access account with appropriate permissions for our use.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:

• Active client data is retained for the duration of the service relationship
• Billing and transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for tax and accounting purposes

• Platform access credentials are deleted promptly upon service termination
